How should I dress for entering the salt cave?

The same way you dress usually and for shoes you will receive disposable covers from us.

Will I not be cold in the salt cave?

The temperature in the salt cave is kept constantly at 20 – 22 °C (68 – 72 °F), by floor heating in the winter and by air conditioning in the summer. You rest on an adjustable chair and you can use a blanket to cover yourself.

How old does a child need to be so s/he can come with me to the salt cave?

All age categories of children and adults can enter the salt cave.

Can I go to the salt cave if I have a cold and cough?

That is the best thing you can do for your health. But staying in the cave is not suitable with a fever. However, immediately after the fever breaks, the cave is the most appropriate place for recovery.
And all bacteria and viruses in the cave are destroyed after each visit by UV rays for protecting other visitors.

How long does a stay in the cave last?

One procedure lasts 45 minutes.

How often should I visit the salt cave?

A more pronounced effect can be achieved by coming to the salt cave 5 – 10 times in a short time span and afterwards at least once in a month.
